CAMBRILLE LLC — CUSTOM ORDER TERMS

These terms describe how we manage direct custom golf and branded merchandise orders.

  1. SCOPE AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

“Cambrille,” “we,” and “us” mean Cambrille LLC. The customer is the business placing the order, including a distributor ordering for an end customer.

An order is accepted when we receive the agreed advance payment against the applicable quote or invoice. A separate written order confirmation is not required for acceptance. A purchase order without the agreed advance does not constitute an accepted order. Work requiring final approvals begins only once the payment has cleared and those approvals are complete.

The quote or invoice identifies the agreed scope and links to the version of these terms provided before payment. Any differing purchase-order terms must be expressly agreed by both parties and should be resolved before an advance is requested. Later website updates do not change terms for an existing order without agreement.

  1. PAYMENT

New customers: 50% advance payment; the remaining 50% is due before dispatch from New Jersey.

Approved credit accounts: 30% advance payment; 50% before dispatch from New Jersey, with payment received before goods are released; the final 20% within 10 calendar days after delivery to the customer’s nominated address.

Credit terms are not automatic. Eligibility, limits, and any alternative schedule are agreed before the order is accepted. Payment methods, currency, applicable taxes, and any payment charges are stated on the quote or invoice. Please provide applicable resale or exemption documentation before invoicing.

The distributor remains responsible for payment to Cambrille regardless of when its end customer pays. Any installment schedule is agreed in advance. We contact customers about overdue amounts; work or shipments may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue, with notice of the resulting schedule impact.

  1. SAMPLES AND DEVELOPMENT

Complimentary samples are limited to requests we approve. The customer pays sample shipping. Custom development, tooling, high-value samples, and additional sampling rounds may be chargeable as agreed before work begins. Sample credits apply only where expressly included in the quote.

  1. SPECIFICATIONS AND APPROVALS

The agreed specification and approved artwork or sample establish the production requirements. Customers must review spelling, artwork, logo placement, colors, materials, dimensions, and packaging before approval. Approval does not relieve Cambrille of responsibility for manufacturing defects or departures from the agreed specification.

Any permitted material, color, dimensional, or quantity variation is agreed in advance. We do not automatically charge for extra units. Natural material or weave variation is explained against the approved reference and is not a blanket exception for defects.

  1. TIMELINES AND CHANGES

The production schedule begins after the required advance has cleared and final approvals are complete. Production estimates exclude transit unless the quote expressly says otherwise. Changes after approval may affect price and timing and require agreement before additional work proceeds.

  1. CANCELLATION

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. We assess what can be stopped and provide an account of completed work and committed, nonrecoverable costs. These costs are deducted from the advance, with any remainder refunded. If documented costs exceed the advance, the customer is responsible for the agreed amount due. Some work cannot be canceled once production has progressed.

If Cambrille cannot fulfill an order, we discuss an agreed alternative or refund amounts paid for goods or services we will not supply. Customer-requested cancellation charges do not apply merely because Cambrille cannot perform.

  1. RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Custom-made and personalized goods are not returnable for a change of mind. This does not remove remedies for defects, incorrect goods, or failure to meet approved specifications.

Visible damage, shortages, and incorrect goods: notify us within seven calendar days after delivery.

Manufacturing or decoration defects: notify us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Defects that could not reasonably be discovered during inspection should be reported promptly after discovery; applicable legal rights remain preserved.

Email the order number, affected quantity, description, and clear photographs to production@cambrille.com. Retain affected goods and relevant packaging. Do not return, alter, or dispose of affected goods without instructions, except where needed for safety.

We acknowledge claims within one business day and provide next steps after assessment. Depending on the issue, we arrange repair, replacement, or an appropriate credit or refund for the affected goods. Where Cambrille is responsible, we cover reasonable agreed corrective shipping costs. No return should be sent without authorization.

  1. ARTWORK AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Customers confirm that they have permission to reproduce the logos and artwork supplied. We use project materials for the agreed work and share them only as needed with those involved in delivering it. We do not publish identifiable client-branded work without permission. Any NDA, exclusivity, or ownership arrangements for newly developed designs and tooling are agreed separately before development.

  1. PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY

Relevant material, manufacturing, and product documentation is identified for each program. Certifications and environmental claims apply to their documented scope. Please tell us about intended users, destination markets, and special testing, labeling, or safety requirements before quoting. Contact production@cambrille.com promptly about a potential product safety issue.

  1. DELIVERY, FAIRE, AND CONCERNS

Delivery means receipt at the customer’s nominated address. Shipping charges and any special freight arrangements are set out in the quote. Please also refer to our Shipping Policy.

Orders placed through Faire are subject to the applicable Faire transaction terms and arrangements agreed for those orders. These direct-order payment terms do not automatically replace Faire payment arrangements.

We aim to resolve concerns directly and promptly. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability, warranty, or dispute provisions must be expressly agreed.
