Each piece is developed and finished by hand, using traditional textile techniques and careful construction. From print to final form, the process is intentional, with an emphasis on material, proportion, and detail.
Craft & Process
1. How are your pieces made?
2. Do you use original designs?
Yes. All prints—whether block, serigraphy, or digital—begin as original artwork and are translated onto fabric through different processes, each chosen to suit the design.
3. Will there be variations between pieces?
Slight variations are inherent to handmade work and are considered part of the character. No two pieces are exactly identical.
Custom Work
1. How does the custom process work?
You can share your requirements, references, or design intent through our form or via email. We review each request and respond with what is possible, along with timelines and pricing.
2. How much detail do I need to provide?
As much or as little as you have. Some clients share detailed specifications, while others begin with an idea or reference. We’re happy to guide the process from either point.
3. Can you work with specific dimensions or requirements?
Yes. Most of our work is made to order and can be tailored to your dimensions and project needs.
Materials & Techniques
1. What printing methods do you use?
Our work spans block printing, screen printing, and digital processes, all developed in-house from original artwork. Where a project calls for it, we’re able to explore additional techniques through a well-established network of specialized partners.
2. How do you approach digital prints?
Our digital prints are developed from original artwork and treated with the same care as our hand processes, ensuring depth, clarity, and a textile-sensitive finish.
Orders & Timelines
1. What are your lead times?
Lead times vary depending on the scope and complexity of the order. Most custom pieces are completed within 3–6 weeks. Timelines are confirmed once we review your request.
2. Do you accommodate smaller orders?
Where possible, yes. We work across both individual pieces and larger projects—please reach out with your requirements.
Care & Longevity
1. How should I care for the pieces?
We recommend gentle care to preserve the integrity of the fabric and construction. Specific guidance will vary by product and will be shared where needed.
Collaboration
1. Do you work with interior designers and studios?
Yes. We regularly collaborate on residential and project-based work, adapting to specific briefs and requirements.
